Following from these simple steps, you can create your own make up effects. The
basics just being face painting, etc. to more advanced techniques of prosthetic
                        applications.

                        Materials:

The supplies you may need would consist of your water based make up , grease
paint, creep hair, pre-made appliances, spirit gum, pros aid, and liquid latex. Pros
aid remover and cold cream for removal. These are usually avaiable during
halloween at most stores, after halloween season it is harder to get. Specialty stores
will usually carry the products all year round. Your best bet is to stock up on the
materials you will need if you don't have stores in a close range. Also, you can
order the materials via the internet of major companies that carry most forms of
                        make up you would need.

                        Prosthetic Appliance Application:

You're appliance can be rubber latex or foam latex. For applications like this you
will need liquid rubber latex, rubber mask grease paint , spirit gum and/or pros aid
is must if you are planning on the application to be worn for an extended period
of time due to it's water proof quailties, otherwise spirit gum, double sided tape
and liquid latex can be used to some degree.

                        1.  First, have all your materials set out for use. You should also always make sure
not to have good clothing on as liquid latex is a thing you don't want to get out of
                        your clothing.

                        2.  Start with colouring your appliance with the rubber grease paint to your disered
effect, making sure to not colour the edges yet.

                        3.  With pros aid, brush a thin coat on the back edges of the appliance that will
come in contact with your face, also put a thin coat on the person's face, outlining
the area where the edges will touch. Allow the pros aid both on the face and
                        appliance to dry.

                        4.  Once the pros aid is dry, put the appliance on, making sure it is positioned
correctly. Then firmly push the edges of the appliance to the face, allowing the pros
aid to set completely. Finishing it by sealing the edges with liquid latex.
*note: once you have the appliance in contact with the face, it can not be removed!

                        5.  Starting with your light colours then darker,  fill in your desired design. If using
water based make up, allow to dry between colours.

                        6.  (Optional but recommened) Finishing by lightly using baby powder or
special translucent powder to set the make up. This is mainly used on grease
                        paint make up applications.
And you're done with your prosthetic appliance application.
